Gives me energyI have used it off and on for Years. It helps with energy and water weight and less hungry. I only take 2 pills a day cause it just too much caffeine when I also drink coffee. I lost a about 5 pounds in 4 weeks. I dont exercise or change my diet. I also have thyroid issues so my matabolism is slow. But any weight lost in good. I mostly tak it cause. I am alway tired and lack energy. It helps me get moving and feel less hungry. 5EXCELLENTLove this best diet pill I have ever tried. Better than prescription diet pills and ephedra. I usually have to nap once a day but when i take this in the morning, it definitely keeps me more focused and less lethargic to the point where I don't need to take a nap. As far as weight loss, since my appetite is suppressed, I don't snack as much so I do see a gradual weight loss over the course of a week. Nothing drastic but I know it can really help me to eat the right portions so that I don't overeat all the time all day. I bought this just to try out before I buy it at Costco because I wanted to see the effect it would have on me first, but if you do have access to Costco, I'd probably advise you just to buy it from Costco because it's probably much cheaper. 5Energy and Results.Got this about a 1 week ago and I lost 3 pounds when before losing 1 pound was a challenge. I stopped for a couple days because of nausea from my chronic pain and I lost all my energy and could tell I was going to gain weight if I didn t get back on. That s enother thing. Because of my chronic illness I have zero energy and I have desire to do things but I feel like I can t move. This gives me the energy to do what I ve tried to do with pills for years (not illegal pills mind you). And in case this seems like a fluke, I want to say 7 years ago I took this and lost about 30 pounds in a pretty short period of time. This stuff works and if people say it doesn t work for them and people like me are lying, don t listen to them. Of course it isn t going to work for everyone. 5Worked only for a few weeks.It did work only for a few weeks. Well, I was actually recommended this one from one of the channels I watch. She said she lost weight enormously with this one without working out at all. So I just experimented on myself to see if I'm gonna get the same result. It actually dropped like a couple of pounds in 3 weeks or so but I don't see any further result using this one. I think people shouldn't be completely dependable on this pills if they want to lose weight, therefore, the only way will be working out. 3If only I could get them unstuck from each other so I could take oneI had to return mine as soon as I got them. Every single gelatin cap was stuck together in one big clump! Since nothing was able to come out of the bottle, I had to try to pull them apart by reaching in the hole which obviously my hands aren t exactly going to fit that far in the hole. I tried pulling with all my might and wouldn t budge, I used a spoon to try to separate and nothing, I put a butter knife in there to try to pull apart and still nothing! After trying and not succeeding I put a little more force with the butter knife and spoon which made some of them start to pop open with juice coming out into the bottle yet still all stuck together lol! So it was impossible to even take one of them so back they went. I put three stars because I ve bought these before and this was the first time this has happened. And they work for me.Edited: After returning my original bottle I got another one at no additional charge. And this one does not have the same problem. The problem that they were stuck together had more to do with how they were shipped than anything else so it wasn t the actual company s fault. Because it s summer gel caps are supposed to be shipped in a controlled environment so that doesn t happen otherwise the heat and humidity will cause them to stick. These pills work great for me. They re great at suppressing appetite which is huge for me. I ve taken many other kinds that claim to do the same thing but none of them compare to these. I ve lost the most weight over the shortest period of time with these compared to anything else. So I m extremely glad I got a new bottle where I can actually take them because I was very disappointed when they were stuck together because I know how much they help me. So as long as they are shipped to you the way they should be during hot and humid months these are definitely the best if you re trying to lose weight and the best appetite suppressant. 5Would not recommendThis worked for a while giving me energy that felt natural did not notice any weight loss though. After a few weeks of taking this my body started to get used to it so I did not get the energy anymore then I started getting really bad stomach pains everyday and didn't know what was happening for about three weeks. Then I stopped taking them and the pains were gone I'm certain that these pills were the reason for my stomach issues. I will never take them again 2Long Time User Helps with Energy LevelsI've used this product for a couple of years now. I can't speak to the "fat burner" claim as I don't think you can just take this supplement and not change any other habits and lose weight...I'm not a doctor but that is my 'opinion'. I like this product for the boost it gives me due to the caffeine. I have been eating healthy now for over 7 weeks and cut out all soda and most forms of caffeine (never have been a coffee drinker). I take two when I get up in the morning at 5:30 before I hit the gym and after about 15 minutes I'm feeling energized. I also will take 1 or 2 between 12-2 when I start to get a little sluggish during the day and they tend to give me that pick up I need. For that reason I give it 5 stars, as it does what I need it too. 5These are the best. I started buying them when Costco sold them ...These are the best.
