Customer Reviews

These are by far one of the best knee wraps on the marketThese are by far one of the best knee wraps on the market. I have had knee surgery but as a professional female bodybuilder, I squat over 300lbs and need the added protection. I was really pleased with the quality and size of the knee wraps. I recommended this to several of my friends. 5hard to keep onI may not be very smart. I have trouble putting them on in a way where they stay on for more than a few minutes without loosening and falling off. Maybe if there were others around who use these it'd be easier to figure out a consistent system to put it on and keep it on - else I'll have to start using athletic tape over it. Not the fault of the straps though, they don't claim to have velcro or snaps or anything like that. But for that few minutes they're on, they're great. I have some patellar tendinitis and when doing full-depth back squats and front squats these are just enough to keep away that twinge of pain if my knee buckles a hair on the way up. With these, I can really push a little harder and heavier. 5I would highly recommend them to any oneThis is my first time every doing my leg routine with straps of any kind. As a result, I was able to perform lunges for the first time without any pain due to the support these straps provided. Moreover, everyone in the gym who knows me notice how I was going throw my leg routinewith such ease to notice my straps and asked where I got them. I told them right here at Amazon. I would highly recommend them to any one; beginner or advance. 5GAINNZZ!I recommend going to Youtube to see how to put these on. Once you get them on correctly, they work great! I have been lifting for a little of over years and I HATE squats. I'm only 22, but my knees ache pretty badly from squatting. I was squatting 225lb for 4 reps with pain before using these, but I slapped these babies on and did 275lb for 6 reps with hardly any pain. Mind you, this doesn't prevent injuries, it helps you get heavier weight on the bar and gives you more "spring" in your squat. I HIGHLY recommend these for anyone who wants to put some serious GAINNZZ on their legs, and keep them even when the wraps are off. These are heavy duty and will hold up to the test of time. A little thicker and much longer than Harbinger's Red Line wrist wraps, which I also use. 5Great, lighter duty knee wrapsUpdate, Oct 2013:I still have the same pair of wraps I bought two years ago and just bought a second set to keep in my car. Still love em. Still holding up well. Over the passed two years I've realized that I get extra poundage out of these wraps because my knees are stable - not from additional elasticity. I can slam depth and keep my knees tracking properly without my loose joints complaining and shifting the load; pitching me forward. Any time I ditch them in an effort to "go full raw" I regret it. They provide little more "bounce" than a set of one-size-too-small neoprene sleeves but are much more convenient (and cheaper). These are a must for me now when handling higher volumes. I still recommend them highly.---These are exactly what I was looking for! They are relatively light wraps, certainly stiffer than ace bandages or something but not an add-75lbs-to-your-squat powerlifting wrap. I'm not a powerlifter and definitely don't wear suits to squat but these help my squat out tremendously. Not only by supporting my knees and giving me a little bounce out of the hole but also by helping, miraculously, to keep my knees shoved out throughout the lift. I wrap these medium-tight and my legs never tingle or hurt even in 12-20 rep sets. I'd highly recommend these to anyone thinking of getting some wraps. Don't think about it, don't listen to the 100% raw haters who squat less than you do, just buy these, wrap up, and do work! 5These are awesome quality knee wraps , especially for the price. They are actually quite stretchy, so they give you a good rebound from bottom. I was previously using Mobility wod voodoo floss bands and muay thai wraps for boxing. I've found that these are somewhere in between those as far as stretchy-ness. I don't use them all the time, but they come in handy when my quadriceps tendonitis is bugging me.I mainly bought this because I'm competing in my first powerlifting meet 2/8/2014 and I preferred doing raw, but opted for raw clasic when I found out the price of knee sleeves where 8 times the price of wraps. 5Best I've ever used.I have 3 pairs of knee wraps, two of them are CAP. I left a wrap in my car, and my car went off for repairs so I stopped at a sports store to buy replacements. The brand I purchased works if you're in a bind, but are nowhere near the quality of the CAP knee wraps. I have runners knee, so squats can be painful. The first time I used these, my max weight went up. The material stretches, but you never feel like they don't support the joint. I am able to squat way more weight, while going lower than I was without wraps or the other brand. I stand by CAP wraps. 5Don't work for me...The wrap isn't flexible enough, and not long enough. I don't feel enough support, and just not comfortable. Old ace bandage knee wraps give me much better support. 2USE WRAPS!I was the ignorant guy that said "wraps are for ___" so i avoided them. Please dont be me. I started having knee problems and so I turned to them and WOW what a difference. I saw IMMEDIATE strength gains from 365 to 385 in one use. Granted I'm no power lifter, but my squat max is 455 and I cant do it without them. Hell look at Ronnie Coleman. And yes Im talking about A2G squats, no partials. I always warm up without them so my knees/muscle do not become too reliant on the wraps. Ive had these for over a year and the elasticity is still there. Overall very satisfied! 5Unless you are competing in the world's strongest man, these should be fineI've been bodybuilder/ power lifter for almost 15 years, and as I start to age, I feel the need to start protecting my knees a little more. For the longest I was a knuckle head and would do heavy squats or presses raw. I have used several wraps over the past few years and some are certainly better than others, but these are in no way bad. They offer the same protection that some of the "elite wraps" out there. They are well made and have good elasticity as they should. Its fair to say that if you are looking for good support, these wraps are great. I read a few negative reviews saying that these wraps were pretty much worthless, and think its because they reviewers didnt really know how to use them.Unless you are doing 800+ lbs squats, these offer good protection and for a fraction of the cost of the "professional ones" 4
