Not the same. Poor quality.I have used these for years but only bought one package at a time. I loved everything about them so I decided to buy them in bulk. This is not the same quality. It is thin and does not fit properly. I can't use them and I made the mistake of buying two cases. I can't use them and I hope to donate them to a nursing home if they will take them. I am so disappointed. It was such a waste of money. Update: I ordered this again after making sure it was from depends according to the sold by. Same thing I got the last two times. Now I have three cases to donate. I will never order this online again. 1Product was not made correctly. Depend diapers were made inside out.Ordered and had these shipped to my mother, Women's depend Underwear. She received but said they are like they are made incorrectly inside out. The padding is in the right place so she is going to keep them but just letting you know they seem to be made wrong. I hope they work out for her but she was kind of disappointed. She just started having to wear Depend's underwear recently so she is having a hard time accepting that fact alone and then she gets these and they aren't made properly. Anyway, just letting you know for future products to do more control checking on your products you sell before shipping out to customers. None of these products that unfortunately for the elderly are cheap so it's expensive to have to depend and purchase them to begin with and to get products that aren't made properly is just not acceptable. Most would send them back. 2Maybe it's will fit, but maybe NOT!This product does not fit me well. The back is too short it does not come up to the waist, it barely covers the crack if you tug on it enough, but does not stay in place. It's not an XL maybe an L size. I regret buying so many before trying them. I want to add to my review. Some in the package fit and SOME DO NOT. There is something wrong with the way some of them are cut. It's like trying to wear a size to small pair of pantie hose ..it keeps slipping down in the back. Also, they tear easy. 2Don't waste your money!I bought a 10 pack of these at a drugstore and they fit well and were very, very comfortable. So, I decided to buy from Amazon in order to get a better price. You get what you pay for. These don't fit as well and the itch. My guess is they are seconds. They couldn't have passed any type of quality control. What a waste of money. Will not buy them from this outfit again. If I could rate them less than one star, I would. 1Feel Like a WomanThe key to the perfect pair of underwear, disposable or "regular" is in the fit and feel. Depend Silhouette comes through for both. I have tried so many brands, generic and national, all the way up to overnights and these protect 100% better. That is where the fit is important, because if that is right, there are a scant number of leaking incidents. This is now my regular brand. It is good to feel like a real woman again. 5works greatI'm 5-2 and 230 lbs, the XL fit perfectly except it's a little wide in the crotch. The covering does not crinkle like paper when you move, it's very soft and there are multiple elastics around the legs to keep everything in. No leaks whatsoever. I mostly use these at night but occasionally during the day, and I have no problems wearing them under clothing. They are comfortable and don't make you sweat. They will rip if you tug at them them hard. 4not equal to the boxed SilhouetteThis arrives in 2 clear bags. They are not boxed. After using them a few times it was VERY evident that they were not the same quality as the Depend Silhouette Underwear that I had purchased in the boxes and came with 2 other colors. These were thinner, not as capable to deal with my incontinence problems as the ones I had used before. I thought the price was less because I was only getting the one color. I never thought that it might be because the product was not equal. I believe that customers are being cheated when sold these inferior Silhouettes. We should have been told that these are not made as well and will not allow a user peace of mind when wearing them because they do not absorb as much or as well. 1Product has changed..not for the better.My Mom has used these comfortably for some time now...I reordered last week and she said the fabric has changed and it is irritating her skin...can't wear them. 1Compared to HospitalPoor Mom had to start wearing these in the hospital, when the quality from the hospital was apparently rough. Mom didn't tell me anything until we got home that the hospital underwear were giving her a rash and making her skin bleed. Once I both her the Silhouettes , she looked at me and said do I have to wear them and I said well do you feel confident that you're not going to have an accident? She agreed to wear them and she really like them. There are no complaints and no rashes. Thank you 5not the best choiceI wear pullups 24/7, so I am looking for ones that I can wear when I'm not at hoome and not worry about accidents. Sometimes these don't pull up and fit like I want them too. They are uncomfortable, then. When walking or sitting, they will slide down, and it makes me glad that I wear pants or shorts, otherwise, I would be walking out of them. It has happened here at home! . They are prone to leaking in the mornings and during the night, when the output tends to increase in volume. I probably wont buy these again, unless my condidition gets worse. 4
