NOTE: The "100% Guaranteed to Work or Full Refund" is not honored....I'm sorry to have to post this negative review because Dr. Berg's products are very good, and he is an excellent alternative health doctor. This review is NOT a reflection on him, his excellent videos, or his products, it's solely directed to the way I was treated by his customer service rep when I called about the guarantee stated in the product description.I have been experiencing some digestive issues recently that I can't seem to figure out how to fix. Taking raw organics enzymes didn't help my problem, so I decided to try Dr. Berg's Gallbladder Formula. Unfortunately, it didn't help either.While looking on Amazon for another solution, I noticed that Dr. Berg's products come with a great guarantee that I had forgotten about, which states, "100% Guaranteed To Work or Full Refund." So I called their customer service at the number listed on the product page to find out if I could get a refund since it didn't work for me, or perhaps even have it replaced with Dr. Berg's liver cleanse product. The customer service lady was very rude and uninformed about Dr. Berg's guarantee. She gave me many conflicting statements and tried to bully me into believing there is no guarantee on any of his products. Some of the things I was told:**There is no guarantee on this product (even after I quoted the guarantee to her directly from the Amazon description).**We changed our guarantee on Jan 1, so it no longer applies.**The guarantee is through Amazon for 30 days (not the Seller), so I needed to contact Amazon to get it.**We only give refunds for unopened bottles.After she put me on hold for the third time, I hung up and called Amazon and told their customer service rep about this conversation. The lady listened to my complaint, looked up this product on the Amazon website, and read the Seller's guarantee stating, "100% Guaranteed To Work or Full Refund." She also looked up several other Dr. Berg products and found expanded guarantees stating, "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! (......) If for any reason you are not happy with the results you experience from taking our (.....,) we're happy to return it for a full refund." She gave me a refund, filed a complaint, and pulled this product off their website until this issue could be investigated further. 1Very riskyDr Berg recommends this for fatty liver, so I purchased it for my father who was recently diagnosed with fatty liver disease. The first day he took it he became nauseated and vomited 8 times that night. This is from a man that never vomits regardless of how sick he is. Clearly there are some extremely potent ingredients in the supplement to cause that response and warnings on the label are not adequate. Additionally after contacting customer service I received no help or information whatsoever . They literally told me "We are not medical doctors. None of our staff is. We help with nutrition and weight loss.". Nothing else. Very disappointing. At the very least the staff member should have apologized for the unfortunate reaction and noted that the adverse event would be recorded. Oh and how about a refund. Given Dr Berg seems to be conscientious, I am very surprised by his customer service policies. 1or later ) like myself, are people who know gall bladder problem ...I don't write many reviews, nor to I ever get compensation for writing one.But this must be said: People who have had their gallbladder removed ( after 35 y.o. or later ) like myself, are people who know gall bladder problem symptoms. I can remember what it was like having a functioning gallbladder, and what it's like afterward.This is the first supplement I have ever taken, ( 1 before each meal, everyday), and be confident to lead long meetings afterward/and/or go out on my boat fishing afterwards with friends.. No other product is close, geez, most don't have ANY of the same ingredients. If you can, take one before breakfast and one before lunch and then try, ( I know it's hard), to make the evening meal the lightest, and you probably can skip a 3rd daily capsule. Those who don't have a gallbladder, as I, can tell you . I sincerely hope this helps. 5BEWAREBe very careful when taking supplements. I read all the great reviews and saw that the worst review said nothing happened at all. I thought if the worst that could happen was nothing why not try it. I have been up all night vomiting violently. I have horrible diarrhea, stomach cramps and I can't stop tasting and smelling this product. I can't remember feeling this sick ever. Within 2 days I was back to extreme constipation and bed ridden again. I then restarted taking the pills and again within 2 days I was back to normal bowel movements. He had a host of issues after he ate a meal, so he went to a doctor and had a scan done of his GI system.
