Arrived as promised. Can't testify yet as to their ...Arrived as promised. Can't testify yet as to their lasting power. The last pack of 60 that I purchased lasted for 22 months. But this was priced right I saw this brand at the drug store priced $11 for 8 batteries.5Weak powerThey appear to be legitimate, they weren't outdated, and yet they seem to be weaker than the Duracell batteries I buy from local stores. Weaker power to start, then dies faster. I've never seen this particular packaging in stores, but they do seem to be real Duracell. Zinc air 145 v, same as what I always buy. So I'm not sure why they're not as good, but I went back to buying batteries locally.2Good for Cochlear Implant ProcessorsIn the past, I have been using Power One Implant batteries for my implant processor. I read that they were the best and most powerful. However, I discovered that my 675 implant batteries were lasting no more than a day. Since they are supposed to have a shelf life of about 4 years, I decided that was not a significant factor and to check further. I discovered that Duracell 675 batteries have the same voltage as Power-one. Since I knew that voltage was not a measure of power, I checked further and discovered that Duracell batteries were rated at 600 milliamp hours and that Power-one implant batteries were rated at 540-570 milliamp hours. Wattage is the measure of electric power. It is determined by the following formula: volts x amps=watts. It appeared, therefore, that the regular 675 Duracell batteries were more powerful than the Power-one implant batteries. So, I decided to give the Duracell batteries a try since they are much less expensive than the Power-ones implant batteries. However, I learned that the Duracell batteries did not last much longer than the Power-ones, so I investigated further and discovered that there are other factors at play in determining how long a battery lasts in a processor. The main factor is the use of Bluetooth accessories with the processor. Apparently, Bluetooth causes the processor to work harder and use more power. It appears that my use of Bluetooth accessories were the culprit. However, I will stick with Duracell primarily because of its lower cost and and higher power.5Perfect for Cochlear ImplantsDoesn t last as long as I would like but works strong in my Cochlear s!!!!5JUNK!Disgusted with these batteries! Only lasting several hours. Thought it was just a bad battery at first but have gone through a BOX OF TEN PACKS IN LESS THAN A WEEK! Will not be buying these again and strongly advise not to buy these.1IN CASE ... you need these !!Worked great ! Nice to have such a large supply on hand, and they seemed very efficient, even to the end of our 'on the shelf' supply. Ordered a 2nd time ... love the pocket sized cases they come in ... very convenient.5Batteries were only .82 volts, before pulling tab, do not reach a full 1.45 within 24 hours.The batteries I received would not reach 1.45 volts 24 hours after pulling the seal-tab. the batteries I received were .82 volts so all 60 batteries I purchased were lower than the typical 1-1.1 volts that a new zinc air battery reads before it is exposed to air. I checked them On a digital multimeter to be sure. Typically a zinc air battery measures a little low (1-1.1 volts) when you pull the tab, then rise over the next 24 hours to full 1.45v range, and a hearing aid requires less voltage than 1.4v, but these start low and never make it to 1.45v, more like 1.38volts. That tab keeps the oxygen out of a zinc air until you pull it, so never pull the tab until you are ready to use them, otherwise they deplete. Air is required for the battery to reach its full voltage. The price is so low that many people might be willing to accept that the batteries may have a little shorter life while paying a deep discount in comparison to buying at a drug store where these batteries are usually $1-$1.50 per battery. Zinc air batteries also lose their charge over a couple of weeks after you pull the tab regardless of use, this is an expectation of the design which is a worthwhile trade-off for better daily-use performance.3Never saw where I could purchase in "bulk" like this. The hearing aid batteries my husband has been purchasing locally are the same type but FAR FAR more expensive than these are. When he found these online thru Amazon, we were both thrilled. We'll be buying the batteries this way from now on. The batteries themselves are standard hearing aid batteries, they work well and have an acceptable life span. My husband's hearing loss is profound so his hearing aids are turned up at full capacity all the time. Hearing aid batteries don't ever last quite as long as they might for someone else with lower level hearing losses. Amazon makes the batteries affordable and quick to obtain.5It seems to be a good battery at a great price.I like that they are made in Germany. This is the second day I am using the same battery so I do not know the true life of the battery.I will buy again.5
