Product Description Product Description
  • SUPPORTS BONE HEALTH: InnovixLabs Full Spectrum Vitamin K2 promotes calcium transport into bones and not soft tissues. These are small, easy-to-swallow pills that are soy-free and non-GMO.*
  • CONTAINS MK-4 AND MK-7: MK-4 and MK-7 are distinct vitamins and play separate roles in your health. Only MK-4 is found in the brain, fetus, and breast milk. MK-4 is the predominant K2 in the body. MK-7, which goes to work in the bones, is longer acting.*
  • ACTIVE TRANS MK-7 & MK-4: Contains MK-7 & MK-4 in the bioactive TRANS form. Does not contain a blend of TRANS and CIS forms. The TRANS form is found in nature and foods and is recognized and easily absorbed by the body.*
  • VITAMIN K1-FREE FORMULA: Innovix Full Spectrum Vitamin K2 MK-4 and MK-7 does not contain K1. The human body recycles vitamin K1, so deficiencies are rare in adults. Excess K1 can also interfere with blood thinning medications.*
  • TESTED FOR PURITY, POTENCY, & FRESHNESS: Innovix Vitamin K2 Full Spectrum is encapsulated, tested, and bottled in California. Always verified by third-party testing for your peace of mind. Manufactured in a cGMP certified facility for safety and reliability.

Miss leading labelMade in USA...should MEAN made in USA...but half of this product mk-4 is made in China (according to the manufacturer) I will not consume anything from China...innovix should remove the "made in usa" from their label...I will look for a product really made in USA 1K2 in combination with Black Seed Oil and White Kidney ...K2 in combination with Black Seed Oil and White Kidney Bean Extract has lowered my blood glucose to less than 100 this past week for each morning when I wake up. I've hardly seen less than 110 to 120 before that without increasing oral meds.I was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic over 8 years ago. Two years ago with A1C above 7 and maxed out on oral medications and weighing 245 pounds I started eating sensibly and dropping the starches and reducing the flour based meal items (limiting carb intake).I now weigh 185 pounds and have reduced my oral diabetic medications to one 500 mg Metformin and one 10 mg Farxiga daily. I have been off blood pressure medication for over 6 months. Had added Black Seed Oil to help with blood pressure. Was also diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency six months ago and take 5000mg of D3 daily. Most recent test showed D3 levels now normal.Last A1C was 5.6. I do not exercise and have a desk job.I've been looking for a supplement combination along with nutrition and exercise to completely come off prescription medications for diabetes.Initial results show that K2 may be promising for me.Will be interesting to see my A1C results in three months.Research the supplements yourself and draw your own conclusions. Basically, if you don t reduce the carbs and always overeat nothing will work as has been my experience. 5Helped my dental issues.Started taking this after reading articles which stated Vitamin K supplements were helpful with dental issues such as demineralization and sensitivity. Have seen improvement so plan to continue this supplement. 5Competitively priced and with the right ingredients - the good stuff but not the bad stuffI've been taking a Vitamin K supplement for several years. Originally I had purchased Life Extension Super K, but when the time came to re-order I took another look at the choices available and the relative cost for each. More importantly, I also began to realize that there is an advantage to taking a K supplement that does NOT contain K-1 (see further below).I then decided to purchase this product for several reasons. First, as the product title indicates, it is a 'full spectrum' vitamin K, containing both MK-4 and MK-7. (See the bottom of this review for much more detail on MK-4 and MK-7, from the RWM review that is no longer present on Amazon). It also doesn't include soy, GMO's, or other ingredients that are undesirable. And finally, I felt that it was the most cost-effective (lowest cost per pill), for the dosage I want to take. These capsules also intentionally do not contain K-1, which is a strong positive for this particular K supplement. Here is the statement from the product label, not shown here on the Amazon product information: "This product does not contain Vitamin K1 due to strong interference with blood thinning medications. K1 supplementation is not critical for adults, since your body can easily recycle it."I can't speak to any demonstrable benefit from taking these capsules. Vitamin's don't really work that way, most of the time the benefits are long-term and difficult to clearly identify. I take a combination of vitamins and supplements every day, based upon the research I've done and my own conclusions as to what is most likely to be helpful to me. It's not the kind of thing that's going to make an immediately noticeable difference. I consider it to be an investment in my health, and if the benefits are less than what I might hope for, then no harm done.I'll continue to use these capsules daily.Below, I've included the descriptive text from the previous RWM review that is no longer present here on Amazon. RWM's reviews were always thorough and well sourced, and it's a real shame that they are no longer posted here on this site:Vitamin K is one of the fat-soluble vitamins, along with A, D and E. There are two types of Vitamin K, namely K1 and K2. And within K2, there are several forms:* Vitamin K1 (Phyloquinones)* Vitamin K2 (Menaquinones)* MK-4* MK-7* MK-8 (not available in supplement form)* MK-9 (not available in supplement form)* MK-10 (not available in supplement form)Vitamin K1 is found in plants and is essential for blood clotting and coagulation. Supplementing is usually not necessary since the body recycles K1. It also blocks the effect of heart medications like Coumadin or Warfarin. Vitamin K2 can also have some effect on these drugs, so talk to your doctor about this.Food sources of K2Vitamin K2 is neither recycled nor stored by the body. Unless you eat Vitamin K2 rich foods regularly, you will become deficient in a matter of days. Making matters worse, it is almost impossible to get Vitamin K2-rich foods at the grocery store. The richest food sources are fatty goose liver, natto, and fermented cod liver oil. Much lower levels are found in sauerkraut, old world hard cheeses, caviar, organ meats, and grass-fed butter. Eggs from pastured chicken also have a little K2. Regular butter and cheese have very low levels of K2.Why is K2 important? It keeps calcium in your bones and teeth and out of your arteries. It also keeps calcium out of soft tissues like kidneys and cartilage, preventing kidney stones and heel spurs. Without enough K2, calcium may get deposited in your arteries, adding to arterial blockage. Calcium also attaches to plaque. This can cause hardening of the arteries, heart attacks and strokes.K1 provides little or no cardiovascular benefits. Studies have repeatedly found associations between K2 and heart health, but no such connection exists for K1.The different MK forms activate different proteins that affect different functions in the body. About 15 such proteins have been identified, most of them very recently. How much should I take?100 200 mcg (micrograms) per day should meet your needs. There is very little risk of overdosing because the body does not store K2. See note above about K1 and blood coagulation.Different MK formsGenerally, animal foods contain MK-4 and fermented foods contain the longer ones MK-5 thru 14. We simply don t know much about the roles all of these K2 forms play.MK-4 is the most studied and consumed K2 in our diets. It is the main K2 form found in the brain. MK-4 is transported and stored in the body very differently than the other forms. It is the form of K2 found in breast milk. It is a fast-acting Vitamin K2. Babies need this form and are usually born deficient. In the US, newborns are given a shot of K1. In Japan, newborns get the more effective MK-4 instead. All healthy traditional cultures have consume mostly MK-4.MK-7 is often found in vegetables, especially fermented soybeans. The science on this longer-lasting K2 is still emerging but is extremely promising for heart health. MK-7 seems to be able to do some of the functions of MK-4 and it stays in the body for 2-3 days before being cleared. This higher half-life is desirable given its potent heart health benefits.MK-8 14 are found in fermented products like cheese. These may have heart health benefits too but the science is in its infancy. MK-8 thru 14 are not available in supplement form.CIS or TRANS MK-7?Some manufacturers are starting to make absorption and bioavailability claims about these two forms. As of now, none of the products reviewed here discuss this subject on their labels. This topic is worth staying tuned to.MK-7 can be made from several sources, but the most popular source is soybeans. If you are soy-sensitive, you need to be aware of this. There are also MK-7 forms made from chickpeas and flower petals.Since there are only two K2 forms available, you d still benefit greatly from consuming K2 rich foods that contain other MK forms not available in supplement form. Finally, K2 works in conjunction with Vitamins A and D3. So make sure you are getting enough of those two vitamins as well. 5Cheaper and less painful than a dentistI am not sure how I managed to live 50 years without hearing about this. I read the reviews and was struck by the person with the "cavity?" on the side of tooth that disappeared. I have an identical spot on my tooth, slowly darkening. So I bought this and took 3 a day for 3 weeks and the spot 90% disappeared. Then I dropped to one a day. Luckily I took a photo of it.Now I read that it is good to add this to your supplements when you have a joint injury. 5Anxiety and heart irregularities for me, also odd muscle spasm like crampsFrom the second day I began taking this I have had unwavering anxiety and I couldn't understand why. I was having irregular heartbeats and trouble sleeping. I've also been having tightness in my forearms and calves, like I just cant stretch those muscles enough. I thought to myself, what has changed in my life that this is happening to me? I linked it up with this K2. Stopped taking it and started feeling better after about 3 days. I guess it just isn't for everyone. Im going to try the MK-4 stuff next week and hope that the same thing doesn't happen. 1Saved from dialysis?I could be wrong and more time and blood tests will tell the story, but I believe the Full Spectrum K2 is improving my kidney function. What follows is my experience and theory. In late July this year (2017) my Drs office after receiving my blood tests results, called and advised me to go to the hospital emergency room because: 1. my Hemoglobin level was very low 6.6 (normal is 15 to 17) which meant I was way low on blood and needed a transfusion and 2. My creatinine level was way too high at 6.7 (normal is 0.7 to 1.2) this marker showed severe kidney function impairment. I was hospitalized for ten days of testing and the blood transfusion. I was diagnosed with stage 5 CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) and told to be prepared for the eventuality of 3 times per week 4 hour dialysis sessions or get a kidney transplant. I was shocked at this diagnoses because I didn't notice any serious symptoms of kidney failure. What prompted my initial Drs visit was unusual bee sting like pains in my armpits that had disappeared by the time of my drs appointment so the blood test was just a precautionary deal. It turned out after my kidneys were biopsied that my kidey had been blocked with calcium deposits . I n addition to filtering toxins and wastes in your bloodstream, the kideys also produce a hormone that tells your bone marrow when to produce blood. The failur to produce the hormone caused my need for a transfusion..While hospitalised, I searched the internet for kidney disease information and read where vitamin k2 helps keep calcium out of your arteries and kidneys. I also read where the normsl sources of vitamin k2 were from meat and cheese. Ironically, my wife and I had decided to go vegan a year earlier because we had read all the literature touting the health benefits of forgoing meat and cheese. I had a history of kidney stones , but never had any signs of kidney impairment and had good creatinine levels. I believe the loss of vitamine K2 when I went vegan doomed my kidneys.I started taking the Innovix full spectum K2 at the end of August and my creatinine level has continued to drop from a high of 6.7 in July to a reading of 3.15 in late November. My October reading was 4.6. My Nephrologist is amazed . He doesn't know anything about nutrition or K2. he said he would resarch it but never did. I believe he will if my creatinine drops to the normal level of below 1.3. Time will tell. there aren't any presription druge that can lower creatinine levels , so I'm going to credit the full spectrum K2. My advice to vegans who have had a history of kkidney stones is to take this supplement to save your kidneys and avoid a ton of health issues. Thank you Innovix for keeping the dialysis wolf away from my door.. 5Seriously - this K2 filled in my cavity!!!!!After listening to a Mercola podcast on K2 (the interview with Dr. Kate Rheaume-Bleue), I decided that there was probably enough benefit to this particular nutrient to look into it further. Shortly thereafter, I found a cavity in one of my lower teeth!! I thought, "Well, this is the perfect opportunity to see if vitamin K2 can actually heal a cavity!" I searched around and tried to find a K2 supplement that had a big dose of the M7 form of K2 (as that seemed to be the preferred form, according to Dr. Kate), and in my searching, came across this product, which has an average dose of M7, but a whopping dose of M4 (as an aside, I've learned that the 'half-life" argument against M4 - basically that it detectable in your body as long as M7, may, in fact, be because M4 is more bio-available than M7, and thus is absorbed more quickly... interesting)! The choice of which supplement to use was of great importance to me, as I was going into this experiment with a tangible goal: The eradication of a cavity before the cavity eradicated my tooth! I didn't want to buy the wrong thing and thereby waste time and money while the "clock was ticking". Anyway, the weight of the sheer dosage of vitamin K2 in this supplement finally won me over, as well as the fact that it checks a lot of the "organic/non-toxic" boxes that I look for, so I bought it.For a rough timeline, I took my "before" photo on January 26th, completed the product research and pulled the trigger in early February, and received my K2 on February 6th. I took 3 pills of K2 a day, which gave me 2100 migrograms in addition to my normal daily regimen of 10-15K IU of vitamin D3. I know that will probably get me some criticism (because it's 10x the regular maintenance dose), but according to all the info I could find, K2 has no toxicity levels, and I didn't want my tooth not to heal because I was metering out insufficient quantities of the vitamin! To be honest, given the fact that enamel is such a hard substance, I thought if there was any improvement, the process would take months. I thought that I'd check on it every week or two and take photos as I went along to complement my original "before" photo. I didn't check my tooth again until the night of February 16... and the cavity was gone. The tooth had a sort of translucent grayish discoloration (visible in the "after" photo) where the cavity had been, but the cavity was no longer there. I was shocked. I'm still shocked. I immediately snapped a picture and made a meme (yes, the meme is terrible, but I've never made a meme before, but this was exciting enough to motivate me to give it a try!) with the "before" and the "after" shots side-by-side. My question is simple: If Dr. Weston A. Price wrote about the dietary approach to controlling and reversing tooth decay almost 100 years ago, why do I have enough mercury in my mouth to sink a cruise ship? 5Good stuffI've been taking different brands with Mk4 and 7 for a couple years-a capsule every few days or so. I bought this kind and did the same. My tooth with an area of worn enamel suddenly started hurting all the time. I started taking 3 of these and I remember adding one cal/mag tablet. It's weird but the first day of doing this the pain stopped. Sensitivity from using an electric toothbrush stopped as well. I kept this up for at least a week and dropped down to one a day. I'm just winging it with how many gels and how much cal/mag I should take. I was never a fan of cal/mag but was glad I had some around. I guess I'm trying to say it worked great! So thankful. I don't want to be without these. I'm turning 60-maybe I need more K2 to sustain my teeth now and can't skimp. I want to go cheaper, but I like these. The only thing I don't like is I used to be D deficient before taking K2, but now I'm always told I have too much D in my system. This is from supplementing with K2 in general--and happened before I bought this brand. 5A CURE FOR HARDENING OF THE ARTERIES?OK you might want to sit down for this one. Had a calcified vein in my heart. Read information about vitamin K-2 and thought I would give it a try. By my next stress test, the calcified part of my heart (vein) tested normal. Just a coincidence or was it the K-2 doing what research suggests. Research suggests that vitamin K-2 helps the body put calcium in the bones and not in other places such as arteries. Wow 5
