Hospital gradeDefinitely worth the money for a the first few weeks post partum! These were just like the ones I received at the hospital.5Not similar to hospital provided maternity pads at all!These are the size of normal sanitary pads, if you need a reference. They're advertised as similar to what the hospital provides you- NOT TRUE AT ALL. I wound up using these for regular monthly needs, and used Stayfree and Always super night time pads for post partum needs. Don't waste your money on these.1Great basic postpartum pad These are a exactly what I was looking for after my baby was born. They are long and cushy. Not as long and thick as the hospital pads but provided plenty of coverage. I ve used maxi and poise pads but they were not comfortable on my stitches. I would highly recommend these! 5Very disappointedThe pads I was expected and what are got is very disappointing . This pads suppose be maternity pads? The pads are the same size as regular store bought pad. I thought they were the hospital huge pads. The only reason why I am not returning because I can use them on light days . I was looking for heavy duty pads for my extremely heavy periods.1No, no, no! Panty liners, at best.I am so angry that I purchased these pads! I assumed that these would absorb excessive amounts of liquids because they advertise the pad as large and suitable for heavy leakage. NOT!At best, these are panty liners!The pad is tiny, narrow and thin!I would return them but it is too much work. I will just give them to someone who looks for a liner and not a pad for leakage, as advertised.It is so wrong to advertise something, even showing photos that are not an accurate display of the product. Honestly, this is really false advertising, beware!1these work great. Bulky but sticks well to underwear, completely unscented, and for my intermittent post partum incontinence plus normal post partum bleeding, these work great. 4Same as Hospital Pads I receivedNot sure if other people received the wrong product, but the pads I received are the same ones I had at the hospital. Of course I assume not all hospitals give you the same pads either. Immediately after delivery, the hospital gave me giant puppy pad like things, but I only needed those for the day or so. By the time I left the hospital, about 38 hours post delivery, I was using pads like these. I like these because they are really soft and cottony. They are quite bulky, but I never had any leaks or issues even though they do not have wings. They stuck to my underwear very well and didn't move. I removed 1 star for comfort due to the bulkiness, but they were great for me overall. I wish there was a thinner version of these same pads also.5Great for postpartumI hate the Maxi pads in stores now. They are plasticy and feel gross to me. I wanted to find a good pad that was totally cotton. I don't want weird synthetic materials next to my privates. This pad fit the bill. Big enough for postpartum needs while still being comfortable. My only complaint is that it wasn't sticky enough and would come loose.4Four StarsSame as what you get from the hospital. Served their purpose well.4Clean comfort for healingThese are the closest pad that I could find to what was available in the hospital for postpartum use. All the OTC options at the pharmacy seem to be made of synthetic materials and smell like plastic/chemicals. So disturbing, particularly when healing is involved. I know others have complained that these are not long enough. I did not have that problem. I needed a heavy duty solution and these worked great.5The best. Highly recommend!Perfect for post pardem. I bought these bedore I had the baby and am so glad I did. I thought I could buy regular pads from the store when I was done with the first double pack, but I was wrong! Ordered a second time because the puffyness of the pad is comforting. My only complaint is after wearing it a while (probably too long) the puffy stuff inside can ball up and escape. So change them often Also I kinda wish there was an option with wings. You can never have too much protection!4Holds really wellAfter my fifth baby I went here to deliver online and it was worth it. The price is right and the quality was there when I needed it. They stay well and held up through most of the night for me.5Life saverThese pads are the same pads that were given to be at the hospital! Very comfortable and extremely absorbent. I was in a lot of pain after giving birth and these did not cause any discomfort for me. I was recommend this product.5These are NOT the BIG ones!Not pleased. Just a regular pad; was expecting the BIG post-partum ones. The pads are 4.33" only at their widest part, and that is the protective backing only - not the absorptive material, then they slim down. Not what I was looking for.(written by the Wife)2Good quality, it serves its purpose.Just had labor. It works good, it is thinner than the ones provided in my hospital. But it's comfortable, I feel it's more breathable. Actually it don't need to be thick, you want to change the pad as often as needed to keep the bottom organ fresh.5Comfortable & AbsorbentThis is the most comfortable pad I've ever tried. I'll probably continue to buy these for my period once I'm done using them for post partum bleeding.5Very good for postpartum - could be longer for better security while lying in bed Overall, these pads were great for post partum recovery. The material is very soft and it isn't overly bulky. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the pads are not very long, so if you were having to spend a lot of time in bed they may not be enough to prevent any leakage. My recovery was very straightforward this time, but with very heavy bleeding the extra length would give an improved confidence. 4
