Five StarsThis sends me to sleep and keeps me asleep. This is an exceptionally quality item that I have bought continually over the past several years. I love the fact that it alcohol-free. The is pretty strong and liquid is thick; however, I take it directly by mouth and do not dilute it in a small amount of water. It's a great quality and amount for the price. I will continue to purchase this Cat's Claw as long as the company does not change the formula.5Know your methylation statusIf taking this herb, it is VERY important to know your methylation status. If you are an average or undermethylator, you shouldn't have a problem with it and it will probably be beneficial. However, if you are an overmethylator like me, which means that you have high average to too much serotonin, this herb will increase serotonin levels, which is not a good thing in your case. It took me a lot of digging and research to figure this out. My doctor kept saying I was having die off from Epstein Barr, but I was having increasing depression, anger and insomnia, and it didn't seem like die-off to me. When I stopped it, I felt a lot better. Your company didn't use citric acid. Why are you using it now? Many of us started buying from your company because of its integrity. I am disappointed. Until you remedy this situation I cannot endorse this product.2
