They are better made and much more absorbentI am so impressed with this company. My mother has Parkinson's syndrome and dementia and, as she declined, became incontinent. The incontinence has been a tremendous problem to tackle; either the briefs don't fit her around the legs or they don't around the tummy. Or they aren't absorbent enough. Accidents out in public and constantly needed to change sheets/make the bed has been a constant. But with Northshore products we have finally got everything under control; no accidents/leaks. They are better made and much more absorbent. Also, so impressive is the customer care at Northshore - so knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I am so thankful for this company and their products5These seem to work wellI have to wear protection to bed or if I'm not going to be home for a while to change and to work. They do absorb quite a lot which is nice for overnight wear. From the 60 I bought I've only ever found a few issues with them. After a few nights when I woke up I'd find that one of the tabs had come loose, usually the bottom right one for some reason, but luckily that never caused any leaks. The main issue I had though was that they didn't seem to contain smell terribly well. I'm not bowel incontinent so I don't know if it applies to that too, but most mornings when I would wake up the smell would really bother me and I try to drink mostly water so I'm somewhat sure it wasn't that. Unfortunately though I think I'm going to go back to Abena M4s, they're slightly cheaper and have worked just as well for me.4Absolutely a fantastic diaper!I ordered these on a Saturday night and received them two days later on Monday. I can't believe how fast they arrived. Today was the first day I was able to give these the test. After many hours on the road and multiple bottles of water I definitely needed to release. Wow what a great surprise when I flooded this diaper and I stayed completely dry. I was able to wear this all day with absolutely no leaks and many large wettings. They are very absorbent and seem to take the abuse. They stayed together and didn't clump. They are a bit on the stiff side at first , but another northshore buyer had said to activate by folding in half length ways first before wearing and that seemed to help the stiffness. I used tena ultra flex before and before that tranquility ATN and nothing else even comes close to the comfort of mind and the most comfort from leaks. the first hour in one their kind of stiff but they loosen as ya walk. My Incontinence is in the back of my mind when wearing these. I have tried both cloth backed one and the plastic backed one. I would go just plastic backed one as they do not cause chaffing as with the cloth backed ones do. THANKS FOR MAKING A DIAPER THAT WORKS and is comfortable.5Better than carrying around a days worth of shields and guards!Folks, if the DIAPER you are wearing makes you feel embarrassed or compromise, TRY A DIFFERENT DIAPER.These things work so well that I got excited thinking that I didn't have any bed wetting issues last night, and I was a little disappointed when I saw the wetness indicator, lol.These also fit me well and make little noise under my clothes and run on the "smaller" side, which is good for me, because I don't have an extra foot of fabric on either side to keep tucking back in. I don't have to wear underwear over these to look normal or to keep them from falling down.Additionally important - these simply work and they don't change shape much or clump up. One less thing to worry about during the day is good for me.5Great diaper, very comfy!I wish I had diapers like these when I was first back into them. I was sure about them when I took the first one out of the package because it didn't look as thick as some of the other premium diapers I've used, but it holds a lot. I'm only in my first one of the package, but so far it's held up for 8 hours and still feels like it can handle more. Now I wish I would have sprung for the case instead of just 1 bag of 15. This is not a diaper for those that want discretion though, as once it's wet, you can tell I'm in a diaper.5Northshore Supreme BriefsThese here are the best adult briefs on the market. They work real well, and they don't leak. You best want to use them in conjunction with their pads, especially if you are prone to peeing a lot. If you get the large size pads, you probably only just need just one. These things are made right, so unless you screw up putting them on, you run little risk of leaks. You also probably want to get yourself some Salk Sani-Pants to put over these, just in case. Whatever tab-type product you use, try wrapping duct tape around your waist and across your tabs so they don't suddenly pop on you at 3 AM. (This can happen with any brand of product.)5Hold a ton!Perfect for AB/DLs. Very noisy, not discreet at all. But hold more than any other diaper I've tried with zero leaks. Swell up real nice when wet. Plan on ordering more!5Reliable DiaperI'm 30 and still managing nightly bedwetting. Wearing protection is a necessity for me and the Northshore Supreme Briefs are my preferred diaper. They have an impressive capacity and can take a lot before leaking.They are also a good day-time diaper. The plastic DOES crinkle, but under normal clothing is practically un-noticeable. In my experience they aren't overly bulky or obvious during the day. I can wear one for about 5hrs easily before needing a change.Overall...I would definitely recommend this as a night diaper. As for day wear....that is more subjective.4these are some of the best disposable adult diapers that money can buythese are some of the best disposable adult diapers that money can buy. I have a sleep disorder and Dont not wake up to use the bathroom. with these I've never had a leak no matter what position I sleep in. I've used many other brands in the past even ones a lot more expensive than these and I think these hands down are the best. I've never had a problem with the tapes coming undone like a lot of other brands the plastic backing is very good and the core doesn't bunch up and become uncomfortable. out of curiosity i've even worn them all day after spending the night in them and they hold a very large amount of urine. they are a little bulky for day time use so if you need them during they day you might want something a little thinner. I've been wetting the bed since I was 13 and with these for the first time in my life I can wake up in the morning and know my bed will be dry5
