Great tea!Taste great like sweet spicy Citrus. Is not a harsh aggressive detox tea. At 72 years of age, I have noticed a marked increase in my energy level and a definite decrease in my appetite. Seems I have lost my craving for junk food...especially the sweets. In the past two months I have lost 16 pounds! My bowel function is much more regular too. The only thing to improve this product would be to make it Kurig 2 useable! 5Good stuff!Good tasting and it does work! It is gentle yet effective. No weird side effects and it's easy to drink.
